Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Delays

Please note that shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging included.

Non-Returnable Items

Books, worn items, essential oil that has been opened, custom made Victory Knotz and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Deposits made on custom Victory Knot orders are non-refundable. 

Shipping Costs

Original delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
