By placing a custom order with Thedra Allen, victim to Victor, coaching, and/or affiliate brands, including essence of heaven, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Ownership of Creative Design:

All custom designs, concepts, styling, artistic elements, embellishments, branding concepts, and original creations remain the intellectual property of Thedra Allen, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Purchasing of a custom item does not transfer ownership of the design, concept, creative rights. Thedra Allen and affiliate brands reserve the right to photograph, record, display, publish, reproduce, and use all custom creations for.

• Website content
• Promotional materials
• Advertising campaigns
• Portfolio display
• Product showcases
• Education, educational, and branding purposes
• Printed and digital marketing

This includes the right to use images and videos of completed custom items before, during, and after completion.

Client photos and user generated content

If a client voluntarily submits or tags, photos, videos, reviews, or testimonials featuring custom products, these Allen and affiliated brands may repost or share that content for promotional and marketing purposes, unless the client explicitly request otherwise in writing

Design protection

Clients may not reproduce, manufacture, copy, alter for resale, or commercially distribute any custom design created cathedral Allen without written permission. Unauthorized duplication or commercial use of original designs may result in legal action.

Artistic freedom

while customer requests are welcomed, all designs are created with artistic interpretation and creative discretion. Minor variations may occur due to handmade craftsmanship, materials, lighting, fabric, availability, or customization requests.

Confidentiality requests

Client requesting complete confidentiality or non-disclosure of a custom piece for branding, launch, celebrity, or private purposes must submit a written request prior to production. 

Agreement

By submitting payment, deposit, or approval for a custom order, the client confirms understanding and acceptance of this intellectual property and marketing use policy

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
